1991 Lamborghini Diablo – RHD

Built by Lamborghini between 1990 and 2001, the Diablo was the successor to the famed Countach and was the first product of Sant’Agata capable of a top speed of over 200mph, Power came from a dry-sump, 48-valve version of  their existing V12, which produced 492bhp and a top speed of 202mph with 0-60mph in under 4 seconds. The fastest production car in the world for the 1991 model year.

It is not often you come across a vehicle that is this special, thus, we at Samuel Laurence are proud to offer this UK Supplied RHD, single owner Lamborghini, finished in its original order Rosso 2CT paintwork and matching red leather interior.

The vehicle has covered a genuine 249 kilometres (155 miles).  Supplied new by Lamborghini UK in 1991, this very early series example has formed part of a private collection, stored with the utmost care to protect and retain the condition that it is found in today.

Discovered and removed from storage the car required full re-commissioning at Lamborghini. Costing over £16,000 to make this example not only the finest aesthetically, but, also the finest mechanically. It is without modification from factory specification and is completely original throughout right down to the original factory supplied Pirelli tyres that surround perfect and unrestored factory O.Z split-rim wheels, that retain the original stickers and markings.

The car is trimmed in its original red leather interior, that has notably been treated to preserve its suppleness throughout its life, The hide remains in excellent condition free of scuffs, cracks or blemishes. They remain quite literally ‘as new’.

The Lamborghini leather bound owners handbook remains untouched and complete with; manuals, service booklet and Alpine stereo instructions. All original documentation is present and the original spare key remains affixed to the service warranty booklet.

We are confident that it is the best example available in existence. A very special example of an iconic piece of Lamborghini history and a welcome addition to any serious collection.
